Programme: Building Permit to Occupancy Certificate
Total programme for a modular early learning centre or school building from engagement to OC is approximately 38 weeks:
Weeks 1–12: Shop drawings, pre-built rules, and planning permit (if required). Weeks 10–16: Building permit — triggers production. Weeks 16–30: Civil works (12 weeks concurrent) and factory production (14 weeks). Weeks 30–35: Delivery and installation. Week 38: Connections, OC, and handover.
