EcoPrestige | Structural Steel Modular Buildings for Australian Builders

Builder-facing modular delivery — engineered in Australia, manufactured under controlled QA, delivered ready for site.

EcoPrestige is a builder-facing modular systems supplier. We do not retail to homeowners and we do not compete with builders on site. Our process is engineered around one outcome: builders receive modular structures that arrive certified, on programme, and ready to install.

This page outlines how that delivery actually works — from engineering through to install support — so builders, developers, architects, and project managers can quickly understand where the risk sits and what we control.

1. Engineering & documentation (Australia)

Every project begins with Australian engineering oversight. Structural design, NCC compliance review, energy and acoustic assessments, and shop-drawing coordination are managed in Australia before manufacturing begins.

  • Australian-engineered structural steel module systems
  • NCC compliance pathway documented up-front (Class 1a / Class 3 / Class 5 / Class 9 as relevant)
  • Evidence of suitability prepared for surveyors before manufacture
  • Shop drawings reconciled against architectural intent and on-site constraints
  • Wind, seismic, BAL and bushfire ratings specified per location

2. Controlled offshore manufacturing

Manufacturing is performed in our partner facility in China under EcoPrestige’s QA framework. This is not a buy-and-ship arrangement — it is a controlled procurement model.

  • EcoPrestige-defined QA inspection points across the build
  • Material certifications and test reports retained for surveyor evidence
  • Staged photo and video verification through manufacture
  • Optional on-site Australian inspections at agreed milestones
  • Pre-shipment acceptance before modules leave the factory

This controlled offshore model gives builders the cost and speed of offshore fabrication with the documentation discipline expected for Australian regulatory acceptance.

3. Delivery to Australia & New Zealand

Logistics is handled as part of the supply scope. Modules are packed for transit, shipped, and delivered to site or to a builder-nominated marshalling yard.

  • Sea freight and inland transport coordinated end-to-end
  • Customs clearance and documentation handled
  • Delivery sequencing aligned to the builder’s programme
  • Crane requirements and site access reviewed pre-delivery

Typical end-to-end programme is 5–7 months from order to delivery for repeat typologies, depending on scope.

4. Install support — not install responsibility

EcoPrestige supplies the modular system. The builder runs site. This separation is deliberate and is what makes the model commercially safe for both sides.

  • Install drawings and connection details provided
  • Site visits and remote support during install milestones
  • Defect rectification managed under the supply warranty
  • Site-specific scope (slab, services tie-in, fitout, certification) remains the builder’s

This scope split is documented and shared up-front so there is no ambiguity at handover.

5. Sectors we deliver into

Why builders work with us

Three things repeat across feedback from the builders, developers, and project managers we deliver to:

  • Documentation discipline — surveyors get what they need without chasing
  • Programme certainty — modules arrive when committed, packaged for install
  • Scope clarity — what we do, and what site does, is defined before contract

We are intentionally not a retail builder. The process above is built for repeat-volume builders who want a controlled supply partner — not a competitor.

Next step

Builders, developers, architects, and PMs comparing modular suppliers can request a builder pack with technical detail, scope split, indicative pricing, and recent project references.
